How Personalised Computer Science Tutoring at AAIS Learning Helped Darshil Progress from Grade 6 to the Highest Grade
Every student’s academic journey begins somewhere. With the right guidance, consistent learning, and the right support, that starting point can become the foundation for remarkable progress.
Darshil’s Computer Science journey is a wonderful example of how personalised tutoring and consistent academic support can help a student reach their full potential.
When Darshil started his Computer Science tutoring journey with AAIS Learning, he was studying at Grade 6.
Over time, with dedicated guidance from his Computer Science tutor, Ms. Hansa Patel, Darshil continued to build his understanding of the subject and develop greater confidence in his academic abilities.
Today, that journey has resulted in an outstanding achievement.
- 📈 Grade 6 → Grade 9
Darshil has achieved Grade 9 in Computer Science — the highest grade for the specification he was studying. 🏆
His strong performance across his Computer Science assessments reflects the progress he has made throughout his learning journey.
But behind this Grade 9 is more than just a result.
It represents years of learning, perseverance, guidance, and continuous improvement.
Building Strong Foundations in Computer Science
Computer Science is a subject that requires more than memorising concepts. Students need to develop logical thinking, problem-solving skills, programming knowledge, and the ability to apply what they learn.
Through personalised tutoring at AAIS Learning, Darshil received focused academic support designed to help him strengthen his understanding and progress with confidence.
His journey demonstrates the importance of giving students the opportunity to learn at their own pace while receiving guidance tailored to their individual learning needs.

His tutor, Ms. Hansa Patel, played an important role in supporting him throughout this journey, helping him develop his Computer Science knowledge and work towards higher academic achievement.
The result is a Grade 9 achievement that Darshil can be truly proud of.
The Role of Parental Support
