AAIS is committed to providing exceptional student support. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and have established the following policies:

Student Cancellations: Students must provide at least five hours' advance notice for any class cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the class being counted as attended, and the corresponding fee will apply. Canceled classes will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time.

Tutor Cancellations: In the rare event of a tutor cancellation, the class will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.

Students are responsible for the full monthly fee as outlined in the original course agreement, regardless of rescheduling. All fees are non-refundable.

It is important to highlight that in the event of a missed class by a student, or class cancellation, the payment is neither refundable nor deductible. However, we will make every effort to accommodate any missed classes by adjusting or rescheduling them for the next available date.

We strive to accommodate student and tutor schedules, and while unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments, we will work diligently to find suitable alternatives.
